While outages with the CTM software are rare, Coalmarch understands the urgency if such an issue were to occur, so we have put together an Outage Response Plan to quickly respond to this:
In the event of an outage, Coalmarch will notify CallTrackingMetrics and will provide you with regular status updates as they work to resolve the issue.
In the event of an outage lasting longer than 20 minutes, we will forward all calls to your designated backup cell phone number to minimize disruptions to your business.
We will also implement a “failsafe” number in the system as a second line of defense in the event of a full-system outage.
