The CallTrackingMetrics mobile app is available for iOS and Android. We always recommend using the latest version of your mobile operating system with the app.
Go to your phone’s app store and search for “CallTrackingMetrics”. The app icon will be a blue phone. 
Once downloaded, open the app and you will see a login screen.
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Call Log”. This is an ongoing list of ALL phone calls through Call Tracking Metrics and is the default view when using the CTM app.
You may also get a pop-up asking you to allow notifications, you’ll want to click “Allow” on this.
