• When logged into Call Tracking Metrics, go to the Texts section (in the top navigation), then go to "Bulk Message Log"


  • Then, you will click the "New Bulk Message" button in the top right corner



  • If this is your first time creating a bulk text message, you will get a pop up with "Outbound Call and Text Compliance" - you will need to read through this and click "I Accept"


  • You will then be taken to the New Message page where you will create your bulk message.


  • Under the "Message" section, add the content of the text message in the "Message" box. You can also select to Include or Exclude an Opt Out message. (You'll have to create a new opt out message).


  • Under the "Recipients" section, you can upload a CSV of customer phone numbers, or you can click "Manual Add" and copy & paste them into the box. Each number will need to be on it's own line. All numbers must be formatted with the country code (e.g. +1, +44 E.164 format, such as +14105550000).


  • Under the "From Numbers" section, you will select the number you want the text message to come from (the "outbound" number). You can also have it send from multiple numbers (so it can alternate & send the message faster).


  • Under "Schedule", you can select whether you want to send the message now, send it at a later date, or set it up to be a recurring message.


  • Once all information is filled out, you will click the "Schedule Bulk Message" button at the bottom right.


  • You will then see your sent messages in the 'Bulk Message Log' and also in the main Text Log. Any inbound responses will only show in the main Text Log.
