1. Click the "Manage" tab.
2. Click the "Inspections" or "Reviews" tab.
3. Click the red modify button next to the appropriate inspection or review.
4. Click "Assign Inspection" or "Assign Review".
5. Fill out the position(s) you'd like to assign the inspection or review to (this is the EMPLOYEE's position).
6. Check "No" next to the question "Does a manager perform". This will assign the inspection or review to the employee. The results of the inspection or review will appear in the employee's profile (to see the employee profile, go to Manage > Employee > Name of Employee).
7. Click to set the inspection or review as recurring or keep it as a one-time event.
8. Click "Schedule Assignments".
When the inspection is complete, the results will appear on the employee's profile. (Pending inspections or reviews will appear in the employee's profile as "pending").
