But we've been pretty busy, too - working hard to build new tools and capabilities into the Forgely platform so you'll be able to hire, train, and get your team up to speed as quickly and effectively as possible.

1. Community Filters

In an effort to make the Community more user friendly, we've added filters that will allow you to filter training, reviews and inspections by industry (pest control, lawn care, pest & lawn, and other) and category (HR, Sales, Operations, and Management). You can also search by keywords.


2. Filters for Shared Job Openings

You can now easily recognize which job openings are shared/active and which job openings are not. If a job opening is being shared to Indeed, ZipRecruiter or Forgely Hire, icons will appear below the opening. 



You can also filter your view to only see shared job openings by checking the box beside Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or Forgely Hire at the top of the page.



3. Filter Candidates by Background Check Status

On the candidates tab, you will now see a dropdown and a column labeled "Background Check Status" to help identify candidates who have background checks ordered, pending, ready, or not ordered. 


**Note: Background checks must be enabled to see this feature.


4. Application Templates

By default, a job opening will have the Quality Pro application attached, which is a comprehensive application that collects personal information, work history and criminal history.


You now have the ability to save a shorter version of this application as a template and attach it to any job opening. To do this, just uncheck any section that you do not want the candidate to fill out and save it as a template. All templates can be found and removed under the Settings tab in the Hiring Section.
